General Description 

Equiscript is looking for a 340B Inventory Analyst. As a 340B Inventory Analyst, you will support the 340B program by working with pharmacy partners and internal teams handling wholesaler account setup, placing orders, inventory analyses, and resolving inventory and replenishment issues. The position requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders.  

Key Responsibilities 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Placing pharmacy orders and ensuring replenishment occurs 

  • Ensuring receipt of EDI for wholesaler price files and invoices 

  • Setting up wholesaler accounts and ensuring proper implementation 

  • Working with switch vendors and sending out data requests 

  • Resolving issues related to inventory, over-ordering, returns, credit adjustments, etc. 

  • System configurations and QA for pharmacies within our portal 

  • Working with ESP to ensure we are receiving pricing on price files for manufacturer restrictions 

  • Additional duties as necessary

  • Must possess strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint capabilities 

  • Ability to effectively use reports and other analytical tools 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with people of all types, including the ability to genuinely display warmth and empathy. 

  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and processes and achieve deadlines under pressure. 

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with confidential documents. 

  • Ability to work independently after training. 

Preferred Experience 

Required: 

  • 340B program and inventory management experience 

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in health-related field, preferably within 340B 

  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment and wholesaler processes 

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proven customer service and communication skills  

Preferred: 

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician 

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred 

  • Experience with Purchasing/Inventory 

  • Experience and proficient PC skills (Outlook, MS Office, web-based programs, Salesforce) 

Physical Requirements 

  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting up to 25 pounds; requires a normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.
